All orders are dispatched ASAP by SF Express. Most deliveries arrive within 2 business days. However, due to reasons outside of our control, deliveries can occasionally take up to 3-4 business days.

  • Same Day Delivery with Try-on & Instant Returns

Order by noon and wear tonight with no minimum spend. Our Mayarya delivery team will deliver the order right to your door. You can also request that we bring extra pieces to try on (extra sizes, colors, or items you're unsure about) in case you're feeling indecisive about the size, color, or style! We'll bring the extra pieces and you can try the items on while our delivery team waits outside to take back anything you don't need.

when can i receive my order?

We'll process your order once we confirm receipt of your payment. Orders will be shipped within the same day (if you order before 12PM HKT) or the next business day if you order after 12PM HKT.

If you're located in Hong Kong, yes, we do offer same-day delivery service with no minimum spend! You can order by noon (12PM) and you can wear the items tonight! *Not applicable during sale and promotional periods

If you're located outside of Hong Kong, unfortunately, we currently do not offer same-day delivery. However, we use express shipping for international shipments so you'll also receive your order quickly. Check out the above section to learn more about the estimated delivery time for your country.

how much will I pay for delivery?

Please note:

In some cases, due to reasons out of our control, it is possible that the courier companies will charge you a shipping fee or a residential fee when they deliver the order. In that case, please settle the fee on behalf of Mayarya so you can receive the order, and please send us an email (info@mayarya.com) regarding this issue. We'll reimburse all the charges you paid within 1-2 working days.

 

who pays my order tax & duties?

Mayarya does not cover any duties and taxes.

Duties and Taxes may be charged for delivery in certain countries. We don't have any control over these charges and we can't tell you what the fees would be so please check with your local customs office for the latest updates.

how can i track my order?

Once your product is shipped from the Mayarya warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

What courier do you use to ship orders?

For Hong Kongorders, we partner with SF Express.

For International Orders, we partner with Fedex, DPEX and Hong Kong Postal Service.

do you deliver on weekends?

We deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays, since that is the standard courier schedule.

Are there restricted areas in Hong kong to which you won't deliver?

We ship everywhere in Hong Kong with our normal shipping (with SF Express).

Exchanges & Returns

Can i return my purchase?

You can return your item(s) so long as the return is made within 14 days following the receipt of the shipment for International orders, or 5 days following the receipt of the shipment for Hong Kong orders. We accept returns for items that are in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed, so long as their internal labels are unaltered and intact. During sale/promotional periods or if your order includes a giveaway/free gift item, returns postage is made at your own cost.

Please note:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, panties, hosiery, swimwear and intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale, giveaway, free gift and discounted items are not subject to return or exchange.

  • Items with traces of detergent or any scent are not subject to return or exchange.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Returns will be processed within 3 - 5 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Hong Kong public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel. You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.

where can i get the returns form?

You can find your return form in your current Mayarya package. But don't worry if you can't find it, please send an email to info@mayarya.com and we'll be happy to send you the form.

Do I need to pay to return my items?

Orders placed on mayarya.com with a shipping address within the Asia-Pacific region are eligible for FREE Returns and Exchanges.
For orders with shipping addresses outside of the Asia-Pacific region, returns shipment is arranged and made at your own cost. During sale/promotional periods or if your order includes a giveaway/free gift item, returns postage is made at your own cost.

How will i receive my refund?

How long Until I get my exchanged items?

Payment & refund

What are the payment options?

We offer the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, bank wire transfer (only applicable for Hong Kong orders).

For bank wire (Hong Kong only), please send us the receipt of payment to info@mayarya.com within one business day, otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled after one business day.

Can i pay in my preferred currency?

If you wish to checkout in your preferred currency, please use PayPal as a payment method at checkout.

 

 

Are there any transaction fees?

Normally, you won't be charged any transaction fees but this depends on your credit card and issuing bank as sometimes international transactions incur a charge. If you have any concerns about this, it's best to contact your bank directly.

I am unable to complete the payment. What should i do?

Please send us an email at info@mayarya.com. We'll reply ASAP (usually within the same or the next business day) regarding your enquiry.

Alternatively, simply shoot us a message in our live chat. When our customer care representative is active, we should be able to look into your issue right away!

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return item(s) is/are received and approved by Mayarya, refunds will be made to you within 5 business days. The refund will be based on the original invoiced price and will be credited to the original form of payment (e.g.: If you pay with credit card, you'll receive the refund on the same credit card you used).

We'll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been transferred.

How long before the charges/refunds appear on my statement?

Refunds will be made to you within 5 business days. How long it would take for the transferred amount to appear in your statement depends on your bank (i.e: for credit cards it usually takes 5 business days).

where can i find the general size guide for your products?

What if my ordered item is out of stock?

We work hard to keep our stock level accurate, but if in the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will do everything to assist you in choosing a different item at the same price.

Alternatively, we will fast track a refund on the out of stock item.

* During sale/promotional periods, a product may sell out during your checkout process.

How often will you restock an item?

We constantly bring back popular and new designs, so keep an eye on our weekly newsletters!

Please send us an email at info@mayarya.com about the item you're interested in that's out of stock. We'll get back to you about the restocking schedule (and by emailing us, you'll be prioritised to get the item once it's in the warehouse!)

How do I care for my items?

Please check the washing instructions on the care label before washing your clothes. Always wash at low temperature with similar colors if you're unsure about the washing instructions. Washing your clothes inside out also keeps the color bright and reduces the chances of snagging or pilling.

Order Issues

I received a defective item. What should I do?

We're extremely sorry for sending you a defective item.

We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, however if you happen to receive a damaged or defect items in your order, please send us an email at info@mayarya.com within 5 days of receiving your order, with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name/product code of the defective item
  • Pictures of the defective item

Our customer service team will be in touch with you for the next steps.

A replacement piece will be mailed to you; however, if the item is no longer in stock, we will fast track a refund for all the items deemed defective.

Items considered as defective must be unworn, unalterned, unwashed and with the internal labels intact.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We're extremely sorry for sending you the wrong item.

We try our best to make sure that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse. However if you happen to receive the wrong item in your order, please send us an email at info@mayarya.com within 5 days of receiving your order, with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name/product code of item you ordered
  • The name/product code of the item you received
  • Pictures of the wrong product you received

Our customer service team will be in touch with you for the next steps.

The correct item will be mailed to you; however, if the correct item is no longer in stock, we will fast track a refund for the price of the correct item.

An item i ordered is missing from my parcel. What should I do?

We're really sorry for missing an item in your order! Do a quick check through your email inbox to see if our team has already reached out to you separately about this issue.

If you have not received any notice from us, please email us at info@mayarya.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product name/code of the missing item
  • Pictures of all products you received (You can take one picture of all products you received -- you don't have to take pictures of the products individually).

One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you regarding the next step once we confirm an item is missing. However, if the item is no longer in stock, we will fast track the refund for the price of the correct item.

How to amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

If you just made an order, please shoot us a message in our live chat and we should be able to reply to you as soon as possible. Please note that our customer service team works 7 days a week - 9AM to 6PM HKT except Hong Kong Public Holidays. If no one replies on chat, please send us an email at info@mayarya.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to modify your order.

If more than 3 hours after your purchase,it is likely that your order has been shipped out. In that case, do still email us at info@mayarya.com or shoot us a message in live chat, and we'll be in touch with the courier companies about the possibility to redirect the shipment back to us, or we can assist you in completing a return.

how to change delivery address after my order is paid and confirmed?

If you just made an order, please shoot us a message in our live chat and we should be able to reply to you as soon as possible. Please note that our customer care team works 7 days a week - 9AM to 6PM HKT except Hong Kong Public Holidays. If our customer service team is not available, please send us an email info@mayarya.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to modify your order.

In the subject line of your email, please kindly mention: [URGENT] #YourOrderNumber - Change Address. In your email, please mention the preferred address where you would like your package to be delivered.

In case you would like to change the address 3 hours after you submitted your order, do still email us at info@mayarya.com with the same subject line and we'll be in touch with our courier companies for the possibility to redirect the shipment to your preferred address

Promos & Voucher Codes

How do I use my promo/voucher codes?

At checkout, enter the unique promo/voucher code in the discount code field. The total payable amount will be automatically deducted once the promo or voucher code has been successfully applied.

* During sale/promotional periods, discount and coupon codes cannot be redeemed.

Can an order be returned if a promo/voucher code is used?

Yes! Orders made with promo/voucher codes are valid for returns. However this excludes sale/discounted/giveaway/free gift items and other non-returnable items due to hygiene issues (panties, hosiery, swimwear, intimates and beauty products).

can I extend the expiry date of my promo/voucher code?

Unfortunately, no. Online voucher/promo codes are non-refundable, non-extensible, and non-transferable.

do i have to use my voucher in a single transaction?

No, you don't have to spend all your promo/voucher code within a single transaction.

Just apply the code you'd like at the checkout and should there be remaining value after making your purchase, you may reuse the same code for the remaining value in your next order with us.

what should I do if there's an error with my promo/voucher code?

Please check the following:

  • Has the voucher/promo expired?
  • Has the voucher/promo been used in another order?
  • Is the item on sale? * During sale/promotional periods, discount/coupon codes cannot be redeemed.
  • Are you using several voucher/promo codes at the same time?  
  • Are you currently logged into the account which the voucher was issued to?
  • Have you emptied your browser's cache?

can I use my voucher/promo codes for sale items?

Unfortunately, promo/voucher code can only be used to purchase full-priced items.

Gift Cards

How can I purchase a Mayarya gift card?

Our electronic gift cards can be purchased online here.

You can choose to have them electronically delivered on a particular date or gift them instantly including a personal note. They will be delivered to your recipient via email.

How long are the gift cards valid for?

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and they are non-refundable, non-extensible, and non-transferable.

How do i redeem my gift card?

Simply apply the code that you received in the email at the check out page to utilise the gift card value in your order.

If the order value of your shopping cart exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid via either Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or via bank wire transfer (only applicable to Hong Kong).

Can I return a gift card?

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. If you'd like to return a purchase that was made with your gift card, the funds will be credited as an online store credit to your Mayarya account.

Can I use multiple gift cards in the same transaction?

You're only able to use one gift card per transaction.

What happens if I don't want to redeem the full amount of the gift card in a single transaction?

No problem! You don't have to use your gift card within a single transaction.

Just apply the gift card code at checkout and should there be remaining value after making your purchase, you may reuse the same code for the remaining value in your next order with us.

Can a gift card be used in conjunction with a promo code?

Gift cards cannot be used in conjuction with other promo/voucher codes.

I used a gift voucher to pay for my order that I have since returned. How will I receive the refund?

If you paid for the whole order with a gift card voucher, we will credit the total amount of items you returned to your Mayarya account.

If you paid with a combination of debit/credit card and gift card voucher, we will refund anything you paid to your original payment method, and then the remaining amount will be credited as store credit to your Mayarya account.

Can i return sale items?

Sorry, Sale/Discounted/Giveaway/Free gift items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I use a gift voucher to shop sale items?

No, gift vouchers can only be used to purchase full priced items.

Can I apply promo codes to sale items?

I can't login. what can i do?

We're really sorry that you're experiencing a technical issue with our website.

Please check to make sure you logged in with your correct login name and password. You can reset your login details anytime.

Should this not resolve the issue, please send a screenshot of the error message to info@mayarya.com, and we'll help to troubleshoot the problem with you.

I am unable to complete the checkout. What can I do?

We're really sorry that you're experiencing a technical issue with our website. Please try the following:

  • Clear your cache
  • Disable password extension (this is important for Mac)

Should this not resolve the issue, please send us a screenshot to info@mayarya.com and we'll help troubleshoot the problem with you.

Why can't I put items in the shopping cart?

This might happen because the item is out of stock when you tried putting it in your shopping cart, or someone is trying to buy the same item and it's the last in stock. We're really sorry that you're experiencing difficulty purchasing items on our website.

Please send us an email at info@mayarya.com, and we'll help troubleshoot with you. Alternatively, we can make a manual order for you and send you an invoice!

How to Shop

Do I need to sign up to purchase Mayarya items?

No, we accept purchases from non-members. However, we would like to encourage you to sign up because we offer many additional benefits to members (i.e.: coupon and voucher codes).

Do you have physical stores?

Unfortunately, no, we do not have any physical stores - we're an e-commerce store only.

If you are located in Hong Kong, you can make use of our same-day delivery service! Our own delivery team brings you all the items you would like to try on to your door and instantly takes back any items you don't need. That's even more convenient than going to a physical store!

* During sale/promotional periods, our same day delivery service is not applicable.

 

VIP & Membership

What are the benefits of being a vip member?

Our VIP Membership is designed to say thank you for your support and trust with Mayarya.

Being a VIP means you're eligible for several benefits: 10% OFF all full price purchases at Mayarya online which you'll be able to share with your besties. We also host several secret sales which is only provided to VIP members. And being a VIP member at Mayarya means you'll most likely get early access to our yearly final markdown.

How can i be a vip member?

You can be a VIP Member once you spend HK$5,000 / SG $800 / AU $800 / US $500 or more in a single transaction with Mayarya.

Are there any exceptions for VIP discounts?

The 10% OFF VIP Discount is not applicable to SALE items.

Sale items cannot be used to accumulate spend toward becoming a VIP Member.

Unsure what size to buy? Mayarya offers an array of style solutions to suit your changing shape. From cleverly designed maternity friendly but not maternity only dresses with discreet nursing access to maternity pants with stretchy elasticated waistbands that can adjust to your post-partum shape too.

How does Mayarya sizing work?

Mayarya follows international sizing standard. We take every effort to keep our sizing true and consistent and we want you to be able to wear the same size across all garment types in Mayarya. However, there will be occasional variations in the fit of some products depending on the style and fabric.

How does the size guide work?

The first step to determine which size to buy is by measuring your body size. Before you start measuring, remember to use non-stretchable tape and to keep the tape close to your body without depressing it. We aligned our products to the body measurements of the International Sizing Chart.

  • For Tops and Dresses, please measure your bust. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level).
  • For Bottoms, please measure your under belly or under hip. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and just below your bump.

Please Note:

  • Our measurements indicate the maximum size within a range. For example, if your bust measurement is 89cm (35 inch), and under belly measurement is 95cm (37 1/2 inch), then you would wear a size S
  • Our model's average measurements during pregnancy: Waist (98cm / 38.5 inch) - Bust (90cm / 35.4 inch) - Hip (95cm / 37.4 inch) - Height (175cm / 5'8 inch)
  • Our model's average measurements not pregnant: Waist (68cm / 26.8 inch) - Bust (90cm / 35.4 inch) - Hip (95cm / 37.4 inch) - Height (175cm / 5'8 inch)
  • Our model wears size S for tops, dresses and bottoms

 

BOTTOMS

Bottoms are one of the first items you realize your belly started growing! At Mayarya, we have under belly and over belly styles to accommodate your style and comfort needs.

Under Belly Pants, Treggings and Leggings

They sit below your growing bump and are particularly great during warmer seasons as it means less layers for your bump. A great solution for women with very sensitive skin as it does not cover your belly. Mayarya's under the belly pants look much like regular pants with stretchy, elasticized waistband so you can continue wearing them post-pregnancy too!

Over Belly Pants and Leggings

They are particularly great if you want some support around your belly. We choose breathable and stretchy fabric so it will not restrict the growth of your baby. You can fold them down during the early stage of pregnancy, roll up during 2nd and 3rd trimesters and roll/fold them down post-pregnancy.

DRESSES AND TOPS

Our dresses and tops are designed for both pregnant and non-pregnant women in mind so you can wear them seamlessly post-pregnancy.

You can select your size according to your pre-pregnancy size since our clothes are designed to fit from your first trimester to your third trimester. 

Our smart design allows more room around your belly during pregnancy but falls down nicely on your body after pregnancy.

If you have gained more than the average pregnancy weight according to your doctor, you could go one size up from your pre-pregnancy size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend you pick the larger of two sizes.
